By accessing or using iStreamLive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you connect your YouTube account to iStreamLive, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

iStreamLive is a cloud-based live streaming studio that allows users to broadcast content to third-party platforms. We facilitate these broadcasts through API integrations with partners like Google and YouTube.

3. User Content & Responsibilities

You retain all rights to the content you stream using iStreamLive. You are solely responsible for the content of your broadcasts and must comply with the community guidelines of your chosen streaming destinations.

You agree NOT to stream:

• Illegal acts or content promoting illegal activities.
• Copyrighted material without explicit permission from the owner.
• Harassment, hate speech, or explicit violence.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

iStreamLive offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed via secure third-party processors. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of documented service failure.

5. Limitation of Liability

iStreamLive is provided "as is". In no event shall iStreamLive be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or account actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube strikes) resulting from your content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or the guidelines of our integrated partners.
