By accessing or using iStreamLive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content & Streaming

You retain all rights to the content you stream using iStreamLive. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., transcoding, recording).

You agree NOT to stream:

• Illegal acts or content promoting illegal activities.
• Copyrighted material without permission.
• Harassment, hate speech, or explicit violence.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

iStreamLive offers both free and paid plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated. Payments are processed via secure third-party processors (PayPal/Stripe). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iStreamLive, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
